  2. Monday night I ate so much I couldn’t move, lots of fun. Tuesday I stayed home with tea, cookies and the wonderful first book in the Precious Ramotswe series, The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency, by Alexander McCall Smith. Who knew? What a leisurely, pleasurable read, fit for a holiday.

    • All day reading – perfect! I really enjoyed the No.1 Ladies Detective Agency when I first read them although I’m not sure where I am with the series now. I hope you have an equally relaxing new year Kathy. And don’t talk to me about too much food. The diet starts Saturday,
